We currently have two locations. Our production studio is located in Shanghai, China and our corporate HQ operates out of Berkeley, California.
Our deliveries are based on a number of factors: availability of bandwidth, complexity of the subject matter, and the clarity of art direction. Typically, simple illustrations can be delivered within two weeks from receipt of the art order.
Rush rates are available for emergency art needs that were "due yesterday."
We will take most paid tests at our standard rates. Unpaid tests will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we will consider an unpaid test if (1) we do not already have a similar art sample in our portfolio and (2) we retain permission to include the final unpaid test art in the company portfolio.
We typically charge by man-days or man-months depending on project size.
For illustration work, we charge per piece, depending on complexity, size, deadline, and project scope.

Each job is different depending on the terms of the project. Deadline, complexity of the project, and the amount of work involved are all determining factors for rate and cost. Bulk rates are available for large projects.
